Want to try a Pilates-based mat class? Heard Core Training classes are challenging? Cycle classes? Classes are not only tailored to your results, but to your likes and dislikes. There are many roads to get you to your desired destination and we can provide your map.
 
Some strength and cardio training classes can make you feel like a number. At Empower, we limit the number of people per class so you can leave knowing you were properly doing the exercises and won't be injured from poor instruction.
Empower classes are scheduled morning, noon and night to help best accomodate your busy lifestyle.

Most classes have documentation so that you can follow your workout routine whether attending a class or not. The idea of our classes is not to become dependent, but to become empowered.

The Fun to Mental Fitness with the Empower Practitioners

Entry level personal training and wellness. Physical fitness is used in two close meanings: general fitness (a state of health and well-being) and specific fitness (a task-oriented).

Mental and emotional health is an important part of overall fitness. This is often represented as a triangle made up of three sub-sections, which represent physical, emotional, and mental fitness.

Hence, one may be physically fit but may still suffer from emotional problems and mental stress. The "ideal triangle" is balanced in all areas. This class is designed to start or maintain general fitness within a short amount of time.

Healthy Eating / Weight Loss Meetings

You’ll get the guidance that you need to succeed and stay on track. In fact, studies have shown that participation in weekly meetings improve weight loss, activity levels, and quality of life. Combine over 30 years of combined expertise, a supportive community, a trained and certified Life Coach, and certified Personal Trainers who have lost weight just like you.

You’ll get important information from the week’s weight loss topic and a confidential weigh-in each week to keep you on track. It’s not like an office or PTA meeting: the Leader is someone who’s been through the process of weight loss and succeeded. Meetings are an opportunity to get expert advice, share helpful strategies—or just listen and find motivation. It’s a little more than a half hour out of your week, and it’s worth it.
